Next, purchase and download your chosen meditations. We recommend downloading them to your computer, smart phone or tablet, so you can access them without an internet connection. Also, silence your device to minimize distractions when listening to your meditations.

Finally, decide on a consistent location and time of day to meditate every day. Choose what works best for you and try to be consistent. Familiarity and routine make it easier for your brain and body will slip into a meditative state.
