We want our kids to spend more time outside. We want them to be mindful, present and aware, of themselves and others. What better way to get them outside in a fun way, AND teach them mindfulness, than with these short, fun and engaging meditations for kids of all ages?

NIGHT SKY :: Do this meditation outside, or in bed before falling asleep. Imagine the night sky is a big cozy blanket to wrap yourself in as you are gently rocked to sleep by loving arms in the sky.
