This 4-week workshop series is for those who are ready to open their hearts to love again from a more mindful, conscious, and healthy place.

Learn how to communicate from your heart, maintain energetic boundaries, heal past trauma patterns that keep you stuck in the same relationships over and over, and approach romantic relationships from a new, healthier, and more open-hearted perspective.

In this 4-week workshop series you will do a deep dive into your own heart, exploring what you want and desires for yourself, and your life, when it comes to love and relationships.

You will touch down into the most tender parts of your heart to discover your heart was made to love, and your heart cannot be broken. It’s your stories that are broken.

You will write a new narrative for yourself, your life, and your heart going forward.

You will learn practical tool for opening your heart to love without feeling overwhelmed, triggered, or push beyond your limits of readiness.

You will practice listening to your heart – what it desires, and what it has to say – and commit to being a steadfast gatekeeper for your big, loving heart.

By the end of this workshop series you will feel empowered, confident, and ready to (re)enter the dating world, or at least walk away with total clarity on what needs to be healed, tended to, and cared for in order to prepare yourself for BIG LOVE.

Hello! I’m Jessica Amos, a down-to-earth mindfulness teacher, life coach, and punk rocker, living and loving in Salem, Oregon.

I’ve been though many heartbreaks and relationship endings in my life, and I’m here to tell you my heartbreak has been my greatest teacher when it comes to living, and loving, with an open heart.

I meant it when I say your heart cannot be broken. Your heart was made to love and it’s always (and forever) whole. It’s your story that has been broken – your perceptions and projections about how things should be. And this is a good thing because you get to decide, here and now, what story you tell yourself, what story you believe, and what story you get to step into going forward.

With nearly 1 million students + clients worldwide, my teaching style is heartfelt, conversational, and inclusive. You will walk away from this workshop with a deep sense of feeling seen, like you have connected intimately with a safe and trustworthy friend.
