This deeply peaceful and restorative half-day meditation retreat will guide you through the many layers of your heart, body, and mind to the place deep within you that is all-knowing, deeply peaceful, and flowing with endless love, joy, and delight.
During this 4-hour immersive experience, you will be guided in meditation and mindfulness practices designed to decompress your nervous system, free your mind from worry, and tap into the warm devotion of your heart. You will learn what it means to ‘stay with yourself’, as well as a number of other practices for creating a strong sense of trust, safety, and aliveness within yourself at all times.
By the end of this retreat, you will feel lighter, replenished, and more deeply connected to the desires of heart. You will feel more open, expansive, and equipped to make choices in alignment with your highest good.
You will be met with a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment where Jessica will carry the day so you don’t have to. It’s like a Spa Day for your heart, mind, body, and soul!
