Beginner? Dabbler? Experienced? This course is for you…

Beginner: If you’ve never meditated before, feel intimidated by the idea, or don’t know where to start, this course is for you. The best place to start is at the beginning so that’s where we’ll start. And remember what Shunryu Suzuki says, “In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few.” Love that!

Dabbler: If you’ve meditated before but haven’t been able to establish a consistent practice, this course will definitely help you carve out time to dig in and grow a sustainable, life-long practice where you feel more connected to your deep wisdom and truest self.

Practiced: You have likely already built a strong meditation practice and will be familiar with many of the techniques I share in this course, but if you want to infuse your practice with new ideas, visualizations, and soulful connection to yourself, this course will do just that.

You are free to go through the lessons at your own pace.

I created this course because I’ve been where you are. When I first started meditating I needed support and guidance. It was through an online program that meditation became accessible and changed my life forever. Not only has my meditation practice helped me manage my chronic anxiety for over a decade, it’s deepened my spiritual practice as well.

This course helps you explore different styles of meditation so you can find what you like, while still getting the support and consistency required to establish a lifelong meditation habit.

These teachings and meditations are based on my personal experiences, and things I’ve learned from other mentors and teachers along the way. I hope you feel deeply encouraged, supported, and inspired to join me for this course.

May you stay with yourself today, and always. xo – Jessica, Founder

For this course, the live experience has been reimagined as a self-paced program. Although it was initially designed to be completed over the course of 8 weeks (and you’ll see that the course structure still reflects that timeline), you are encouraged to work through the content and prompts at your own pace.

Each week contains one video lesson and one new meditation for you to practice everyday of that week, with each week building on the last. However, the most important thing to remember is this is YOUR practice. There’s no right or wrong way to meditate.

Many students have found it helpful to spend more than one week on each lesson/meditation to become deeply familiar with the practices before moving on to the next module. Again, you are encouraged to go at a pace that feels good for you!

Yes! In each section of this course, you will find a ‘Share Your Progress’ lesson containing question prompts for the week. You are encouraged to comment on the prompts + lessons, and to share your progress. This really helps with accountability, and is also a great way to connect with and get inspired by others going through the course.

That’s up to you, but I can say that plenty of students from the first cohorts in 2013-2015 still enjoy a regular meditation practice and are continuing to explore the expanded meditative practices provided in this course. If you’re interested in hearing what past students have to say, you can read their testimonials here.

Yes! As you work through this course, you’ll see that “meditation” is an expansive term and you’ll also get plenty of ideas for how you can structure different types of peace-creating experiences — even if those experiences don’t fit into your current definition of “meditation.”

Once you’ve completed a lesson, click on the purple “Complete lesson” button to mark the lesson complete and move forward to the next lesson.
