This half-day meditation retreat will support you in starting, building, and sustaining a soulful meditation practice in the daily life. You will learn the basics of meditation and what it means to ‘stay with yourself’, as well as a number of other practices that lead to a life of peace and the ability to live in the moment without fear or anxiety.

By the end of this retreat, you will feel lighter, more grounded and connected to yourself, and better equipped to live a life of inner peace. You will be met with a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment where Jessica will carry the day so you don’t have to.

For the first time in over 5 years, I’ll be hosting an online Half-Day Meditation Retreat!

The retreat is Saturday, January 22 from 12pm-4pm PST and will take place online (through Zoom), hosted in partnership with Insight Timer.

There are only 25 spots available and the cost is $125 for 4-hours of TOTAL BLISS.
