WHAT TO EXPECT
:: Before class starts you are invited to write down an intention and/or something you want to release. This will be placed in a container to be dispensed with after class.
:: The first 5 minutes of class start with a short lesson based on a general theme followed by instructions on posture & breath, setting you up for optimal comfort.
:: Before being guided in meditation, we will sit in silent meditation for 10-minutes. This is a chance for you to adjust your posture, work on your breath practice and observe your thoughts & emotions unhindered.
:: Class time will primarily be spent in guided meditation. This is where you get to relax, let go and connect deeply with the peace, clarity and joy already inside you.
:: The final 5-minutes of class are for silent reflection. Use this time to keep meditating, stretch, journal, or whatever feels best for you during that time.
:: Quotes and poems are read throughout class to support and inspire your practice.

When I’m not writing, recording new meditations or teaching classes in Salem, Oregon, you can find me watching movies that make me cry + laugh in equal measure, taking obscenely long walks (is all day ever too long?) and planning my next escape from the internet.
