FRIDAY NIGHT CANDLE LIGHT MEDITATION CLASSES

In these 1-hour guided meditation classes in Salem, Oregon you will connect with the peace, clarity and joy already inside you.

You will learn to listen to your inner wisdom, practice self-compassion, reframe your personal narrative, and create lasting changes in your life through present-moment awareness.

These classes are sliding scale $5-$20.

WHAT TO EXPECT

:: The first 5 minutes of class start with a short lesson based on a general theme followed by instructions on posture & breath, setting you up for optimal comfort.

:: Before being guided in meditation, we will sit in silent meditation for 10-20 minutes. This is a chance for you to adjust your posture, work on your breath practice and observe your thoughts & emotions unhindered.

:: Class time will primarily be spent in guided meditation. This is where you get to relax, let go and connect deeply with the peace, clarity and joy already inside you.

:: The final 5-minutes of class are for silent reflection. Use this time to keep meditating, stretch, journal, or whatever feels best for you during that time.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Hello! I’m Jessica Amos.

I want to live in a world where everyone knows how valuable and worthy of love they are. Always.

As a meditation teacher, I am regularly featured on Insight Timer, the #1 meditation app in the world, and commonly known for my TEDx Talk about healing anxiety through presence and self-connection.

When I’m not writing, recording new meditations, creating online courses or teaching classes in Salem, Oregon, you can find me watching movies that make me cry + laugh in equal measure, taking obscenely long walks (is all day ever too long?) and planning my next escape from the internet.
