These half-day guided meditation retreats take place in various venues around Salem, Oregon, and explore the healing benefits of meditation for mind, body, and soul. Learn to rewrite your story and create new neurological connections, find new ways to love and honor your body, connect with your deep wisdom and intuition, and discover the peace, love and joy available to you in every moment. With a focus on breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, guided visualizations and meditations, and science-based teachings to help you stay with yourself and live a life of deep inner peace, clarity and joy you will walk away feeling refreshed and more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you. You will be met with a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment where meditation instructor, Jessica Amos, will carry the day so you don’t have to.
